Pay Range: $96,000 - $133,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and takes ownership of their work. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret complex data and present insights to senior leadership.
About the Role:
The Sr. Financial Analyst of Commercial Excellence will report to the Manager of Commercial Excellence. They will be responsible for analyzing and presenting data, optimizing processes, and supporting executive reporting. They should be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment, sharing insights, and collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and an ownership mentality will be key to success.
This is a Remote position with limited travel required on an as-needed basis.
Hard Skills:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities. Experience creating insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Excel (must have intermediate to advanced skills), Tableau, or Power BI (nice to have).
- Sales Process Optimization: Experience in developing, implementing, and improving sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, leadership, and other departments.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex sales challenges.
- Project Management: Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing analytical projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and business needs. Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Education Preferred: BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in financial analysis is required
