Job Description
Pay Range: $96,000 - $115,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Commercial Excellence Senior Financial Analyst will perform the reporting and projects focused on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Regional Commercial teams.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a vital contributor to the measurement and analysis of performance within the region. Support month end reporting and analysis.
Support the strategic growth drivers developed during the annual planning process and throughout the year.
Drive action and solutioning with members of the sales team based on performance trends, variances and inquiries from leadership.
Support the region with analysis of accounts, customers, channels and franchise information. Build customer linkages.
Support the sales leaders in the development of business plans, market strategy and customer planning.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI/Tableau to drive insights and monitor key performance indicators; transform raw data into clear, actionable intelligence for Leadership & the broader Commercial team.
Serve as a subject matter expert and lead training for the Commercial team on analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce), reporting, and data-driven best practices.
Respond to requests and inquiries from members of the regional Commercial team.
Align with Financial business partners to ensure planning and performance remain in sync.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in analytical roles; Commercial, Financial, Sales Operations.
Knowledge of how to extract data from Salesforce.com.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling, large dataset manipulation, Power Query, and advanced formula creation.
Demonstrated experience developing and publishing analytical BI tools [PowerBI or Tableau] (e.g., creating data models, building interactive dashboards).
Possess fluency in financial and business acumen.
