Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Excellence – Acumen Insights will focus on supporting a consistent national acumen reporting and analysis strategy across the regional businesses. 




Responsibilities:
  • Support a national acumen strategy for Commercial leadership based on current priorities as part of Business Acumen team

  • Build out standard acumen reporting for each region for weekly monitoring

  • Support implementation of new acumen measures across the enterprise

  • Develop a standard pipeline reporting process for Commercial opportunity reviews

  • Develop month end acumen reporting packages for regional review

  • Proactively review acumen performance with regional Commercial Excellence partners to drive improved execution and behaviors

  • Support the build out of new business acumen tools and technologies to be utilized across the regional business teams

  • Act as a training resource for business acumen, SFDC tools

  • Support the Commercial Business Planning process with acumen insights and data

  • Support national projects and initiatives that cross regional boundaries




Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Commercial, Financial or Analytical roles

  • Knowledge of how to extract data from Salesforce.com

  • Experience building Salesforce Lighting Reports

  • Knowledge of Excel modeling and creating pivot tables

  • Development Experience with BI tools (including PowerBI and/or Tableau / CRM Analytics)

  • Possess fluency in financial and business acumen
