Real Estate Regional Manager - Clifton, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Working in close partnership with the Regional Patient Services leadership team, the Regional Real Estate Manager is responsible for executing our regional growth strategy. This position leads the end-to-end real estate lifecycle—from site selection and lease negotiation to project management and portfolio optimization—for our Laboratories, Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Rapid Response Labs (RRLs), and Logistics Hubs.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader who thrives under pressure, excels at managing multiple simultaneous projects, and acts as a strategic partner to align real estate operations with our broader organizational goals while improving customer and employee satisfaction.
Pay range: $88,750 - $159,850 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
Key Competencies:
- Project & Pressure Management: Proven track record of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously, navigating roadblocks, managing stress, and delivering expected results in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships, influence business leaders, and present crisp, executive-level messaging.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate/facilities terminology and lease transaction processes. Experience reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions. Proficient in tracking FMV data, managing CapEx, and utilizing Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Characteristics: Highly professional, organized, self-directed, critical thinker, and a composed problem-solver who can rapidly adapt to shifting priorities.
Qualifications:
Work Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in a manager role, corporate real estate, or facilities management operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous real estate and facilities experience specifically within a healthcare or clinical environment (managing PSCs, Labs).
- Knowledge of CAD programming or space design experience.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Position requires travel (up to 25% domestically).
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and maintaining extended periods of focus.
- Driving to site visits, walking facilities, and evaluating construction sites.
