Project Manager - Pack Health

Project Manager - Pack Health - Birmingham, AL - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Work with the Senior Project Manager to drive successful, efficient cycles of work to support Pack Health’s mission of changing lives. This role will work hand in hand with different departments as a servant leader to facilitate work while also keeping a strategic viewpoint, ensuring that the work product created supports Pack Health’s strategic goals, and contractual timelines.
Pay Range: $70,000+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
- Stay in tune with Pack Health’s strategic goals and contractual obligations
- Facilitate meetings, coordinate resources, and manage multiple streams of work concurrently
- Create needed documentation for project management plans and roadmaps
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to document project requirements and scope
- Monitor project progress toward documented goals and manage scope as it relates to budget and timeline
- Facilitate resource and capacity planning to forecast timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks and identified impediments
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization, including peers and senior leadership
- See challenges as opportunities to improve and push iterative changes to streamline processes
- Focus the project team on delivering planned value in a timely fashion while also managing changes in scope and priority
- Execute planned work cycles efficiently and effectively to meet agreed upon goals
- Empower the team to do their best work
- Work with leadership to prioritize work and provide visibility into timelines and highlight potential disruptions to the roadmap
- Navigate a matrix organization to gain delivery commitment from non-direct reports and non-project resources to achieve success
- Communicate clearly with the team and other stakeholders, regularly set expectations, and improve transparency
- Assist with operational and strategic projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
3-7 years Project Leadership
Preferred Work Experience:
Experience in a High Growth Environment (preferred)

Skills:
- Advanced verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of project management strategies and methods (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of task management and roadmapping software
- Willingness to be a servant leader and team player to facilitate success
- Flexibility to work within a rapidly scaling organization
- Effectively resolve conflict and provide constructive feedback to resources
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Products, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and tend to large amounts of detail
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
