JOB SUMMARY:

 Performs secretarial/administrative duties for a Director and/or large staff. This assignment is for Level I or Level II supervisor's responsibility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Level I Responsibilities include:

  • Carries out recurring procedures independently

  • Responds to routine requests with standard answers

  • Maintains supervisor's calendar, appointments, and meetings

  • Maintains internal department reports (budget, training, etc)

  • Responsible for supplies, maintenance coordination, office files, etc Level II

Responsibilities include:

  • Handles variety of situations independently without supervisor review

  • Screens calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence

  • Personally responds to procedural requests

  • Determines what requests need to be handled by supervisor or team member

  • May provide support to a small department

  • Arranges meetings/conferences and assembles materials

  • Can perform all the responsibilities of Level 1

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education High School Diploma required

  • Work Experience 2-4 years work experience Special Requirements Must be proficient in computer skills (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, etc).
