Job Description

The Senior Manager Marketing—Quest for Health Equity (Q4HE) is responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics based on the overarching Quest for Health Equity strategy. The Senior Manager is responsible for generating comprehensive, stakeholder strategies primarily focused on driving awareness of and building credibility for the Q4HE initiative in target geographies and developing co-marketing strategies with partner organizations by incorporating VOC, market dynamics, consumer insights and company objectives into comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•       Work with business leadership to develop and execute Quest for Health Equity marketing plan

•       Lead all promotional marketing efforts in target geographies

•       Develop strong level of insight into local drivers, SDOH barriers and trends to inform marketing strategies and stakeholder engagement

•       Provide guidance on call point engagement and develop and execute tactics aligned to the organizational strategy

•       Integrate voice of community into marketing strategies and tactics

•       Design and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to measurement

•       Drive a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels including but not limited to content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, community engagement, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and campaign performance analysis

•       Build relationships and partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry thought leaders, influencers, program partners and vendors) to develop and execute co-marketing and other program-related initiatives

•       Manage marketing spend on programs and use spend effectiveness measurement to improve

•       Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

•       Liaise closely with external creative agencies or in-house designers on the development of promotional materials to support program launches, campaigns and promotions

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful execution and measurement of marketing programs

The incumbent can reside anywhere with a preference in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.



 Required Work Experience:

•        Minimum 5 years success in a marketing role

Preferred Work Experience:

•        3+ years health equity and multicultural marketing experience preferred;

•        Digital marketing, influencer marketing/KOL development and consumer insights experience a plus

•        Manage multiple priorities, adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

•        Working on a computer for long periods of time

•        Superior communication skills including ability to develop slide presentations and deliver formal business presentations

•        Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities

•        Strong core marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities

•        Strong influencing and persuasion skills

•        Demonstrate experience successfully engaging with senior leaders

•        Demonstrated agility / comfort working through ambiguity to drive business results

•        Strong agency background / experience managing external agencies

Travel Required: Domestic Up to 30%
