Job Description

Basic Purpose:

As a Senior Generalist of Human Resources, you will be responsible for delivering high level results and aligning HR initiatives to ensure successful business and people outcomes. Provides HR support and consultation to specific client groups. Provides HR leadership, HR analytics, recruiting, engagement, development, consultation, communications, and retention support for assigned client groups. Reports to the Directors of HR with functional responsibility to ExamOne and Employer Solutions business units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create a quality work environment that includes tools and support to learn, grow and advance careers in a rewarding environment.
Identify issues and provide solutions to improve the work environment and improve execution of people programs.
Serves as an “Employee Champion” and advocate while also driving business results, following company policy, and living Quest values and behaviors.
Drive work force planning and partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver talent to the business.
Performs periodic reporting, analytics to HRBPs and assigned client groups including identifying gaps and providing solutions to improve results.
Assists and analyzes assigned client group progress with annual performance management, salary administration and other key programs to ensure desired outcomes.
Review and analyze employee insight survey results for assigned client groups and works as a SME on the function of the reporting system to support business leaders and provide insights.
Facilitates organizational design and change management initiatives with client groups with the guidance and support of the Director of HR and OE partner.
Assist as the SME on reporting for Oracle, EMPower, Tableau and other HR systems and tools, and work directly with the Director of HR and HRBPs to provide insights and data to help drive the people decisions/strategy for the assigned groups.
Assist with Oracle HCM entry and support when applicable, based on assigned client group.
Supervision Exercised:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related fields
Work Experience: 4 to 6 years HR Generalist experience, or equivalent level of work experience in Human Resources

Ability to travel 10-20% of time
Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365
