Quest is looking to hire motivated students for our Marketing Leadership Development Program. This program has been designed to empower recent graduates with aspirations for management and marketing with a passion for healthcare by providing opportunities to develop deep business acumen and best-in-class marketing skills.

The Position
The Associate is part of a 2-year leadership development program, providing Associates with exposure to various marketing functions, across the Quest enterprise. Responsibilities include successfully completing assigned projects and rotations across a variety of Quest marketing functions and regions.

Program participants will complete three 8-month placements in marketing. In these roles, incoming hires will be given immediate and meaningful responsibility in the curation and expansion of the Quest’s clinical testing portfolio. Successful completion of the program will result in promotion to Marketing Manager after the participant’s last rotation. The program is designed to provide an accelerated track of business-critical experiences to develop well-rounded future marketing leaders. Placements may include multiple roles within the 8-month cycle.

Basic Qualifications:
BS, BA required
Majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing related field or equivalent education
Demonstrated academic achievement

Strong communications and writing skills
Ability to provide structure to complex problems and think creatively to solve problems effectively and efficiently
