We are currently hiring for virtual work from home call center reps that we refer as Insurance Risk Interviewers.
In the Insurance Risk Interviewer position, you'll be working from your home office assisting patients with their life insurance application. Instead of applicants going online to complete, we reach out and ask the applicant medical and background questions to gather information provided as accurately as possible with an emphasis on reading the questions provided as scripted. The primary role of this position is to gather all medically pertinent information provided by the applicant while maintaining good customer service rapport to assist in the insurance application process. Applicants should be strong with multi-tasking across 2 screens and computer systems while speaking to customers on the phone.
Work Schedule: M-F 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday with every 4th Saturday required. Weekend schedules are determined 11 months in advance allowing adequate time to plan personal life engagements.
