This role will support the Talent Acquisition team by providing analytics and reporting support, tier 1 ATS troubleshooting and access support, and operational recruiting process support for TA tools, and technologies. This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties: create process maps for various TA processes, support the creation of key TA/HR reports ensuring data accuracy for HR leaders, hiring managers, and the TA team.  This role will report to the Manager Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•             Assists the TA team with various operational tasks
•             Ensure appropriate follow up with TA recruiters regarding compliance and reporting norms. Participate on special projects and teams, as needed

Qualifications:

Education Preferred:     
Bachelor’s degree required; concentrations in Human Resources, Management or business-related field a plus.

Work Experience:           
Minimum of 2 years applied work experience in HR or related analytical role.
Experience in data analysis and creation of analytical reports and basic project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Act as partner mentality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
MS Excel Advanced required.
