Duties and Responsibilities: Senior Marketing Specialist 

Work with Regional Marketing Director to ensure go-to-market plans for associated events and marketing assets are developed and implemented
Work with and help manage external marketing agencies
Subject matter expert on partnership in order to answer questions, represent the company and interact with internal and external stakeholder customers
Responsible for managing partnership events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to
Help in the development of all marketing and communications materials to maximize exposure and engagement
Ability to write presentations and communication materials
Directs coordination of activities to prepare for all events
Manage project timelines, status reports, project trackers, recap reports and budgets
Drive attendance to the events through engagement with regional internal stakeholders and customers
Logistical coordination of all  event related aspects of the partnership
Lead marketing program execution and promotion within regions
Monitor marketing assets an on-going to basis to identify opportunities for improvement
Report on weekly activities, results, recommendations and areas of opportunity

Qualifications:
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
Healthcare Marketing Experience preferred
Event Activation Experience preferred

Other: Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment
Strong project management, skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficiency with core business technology tools (MS Office, etc.)
Initiative – ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions
