Title: Population Health Specialist – Part Time

As Population Health Specialist, you will work for the world leader in the industry, with a position where you will have the opportunity to collaborate and affect change while expanding your leadership skills and analytical knowledge. You can make a real impact in a market that is growing and developing. You will work within the population health team that is overseen by our Chief Medical Officer and VP of Medical Affairs with direct oversight by the Director of Scientific Affairs, HealthyQuest.  In this role, you will mainly focus on a project that is viewed as high impact related to health and business performance while also gaining experience in ongoing population health projects.

The 12-month position will be part-time (29 hrs/wk) spanning June 3, 2019 to June 2, 2020.  Quest Diagnostics company headquarters in in Secaucus, NJ.  The position may be virtual with occasional travel to NJ or other company locations.  
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree; enrolled in graduate school; health-related field preferred
• Excellent analytical ability and execution skills. 
• Excellent overall technical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Successful experience with managing multiple tasks.
• The ability to interact with various departments within the organization and communicate to various management levels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with program director to identify primary manageable project
• Defines and adheres to project scope and timeline
• Conducts research into health, economics and business impact
• Collaborates with analytics teams to collect, clean and manage data
• Applies analytical skills and presentation skills to create graphical presentation of data
• Develops and delivers data-driven presentation(s) on project outcomes and impact
• Assists in management and coordination of HealthyQuest program operations utilizing knowledge and organizational skills for optimum engagement, efficiency, value and results
• Administers technical and administrative support for health program planning, delivery,
execution, and evaluation
• Applies project management skills to set priorities and coordinates meetings and resources
to ensure projects stays on track
Compensation: 
• Compensation for this role is $15/hr to $25/hr depending upon experience.
