The Strategic Account Executive (ExamOne) delivers a strong sales pipeline and top line revenue growth with all products including core products and focus on health data products. You will leverage the current momentum to continue to the business model into data and related risk assessment profitable products. As the Strategic Account Executive, you will be a subject matter expert, consultant, and thought partner for assigned customers. You will develop a comprehensive business development strategy with new and potential clients, to identify services and solutions that best fit the client's needs, challenges, and goals. Understand the complexity and nuances of cultivating long term relationships with clients while identifying and executing the ideal path towards generating a partnership and/or potential revenue. To achieve this, the Strategic Account Executive may strategically propose customized solutions, to land and sell RFPs while cultivating the trust of new and potential clients. The Strategic Account Executive will be an integral part of the business development team to help support company growth as well as the entrepreneurial process of developing a new sales function, emphasizing Quest core value “Working together to create a healthier world, one life at time".
This is a sales position (new business) with periodic travel.
• Build strong pipeline of vetted prospects in each selling stage.
• Deliver profitable growth of new business opportunities leveraging relationships within ExamOne, Quest Diagnostics, life insurance industry, and other stakeholders to achieve all growth goals
• Collaborate effectively with all internal stakeholders to align on growing, retaining, and ensuring we delight our customers.
• Lead logical and effective approach to proposal submissions and executive-level presentations development and delivery.
• Grow and nurture partnerships with strategic clients/partners to drive products and services to grow overall revenue and client relationships.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales growth quota targets for the business while operating within policies and procedures
• Manage sales funnels and milestones as well as associated revenue forecast.
• Lead business development meetings with prospective clients and turn their goals into concrete engagements and letters of proposal
• Leverage sales support and product SME’s as appropriate to ensure successful sales meetings, sales results and follow through.
• Actively build strong industry relationships, actively participate in industry conferences and committees, and network in other ways to be a visible, known leader in the industry.
• Ensure key stakeholders have new business activity updates.
Required Work Experience:
• Track record of superior sales results and meeting/achieving quotas
• B2B experience
• 10 plus years of successful related experience
• Exceptional strong analytic, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
• Bring a project-based strategic capability to identify and analyze strategic opportunities
• Care – demonstrate genuine care for customers and all stakeholders
• Customer first orientation
• Continuous Improvement mindset
• Curiosity - not afraid to go outside comfort zone to learn
Preferred Work Experience:
• 5 years Life & Health Insurance experience; experience inside a carrier or reinsurer
• Health Care / Lab related experience
• Data Products experience
Hunter sales mentality a must!

Virtual work options
Quest Virtual Model allows eligible Quest employees to work either a hybrid schedule (two to three days from home per workweek), a near-site schedule (primarily from home with occasional work in a Quest office), or fully remote. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis with the employee’s manager and HR Business Partner.
