Sales Intake Coordinator - H&W | Lenexa, KS

Accountable for all aspects of the sales intake, data entry, service agreement development, and maintenance of the Wellness client accounts. Responsible for ensuring all client service intakes and service agreements are entered and created with quality, consistency, and efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to develop and communicate best practices.
- Responds daily to routine sales requests with standard answers.
- Responsible for all daily client intake functions (such as Salesforce.com opportunity creation, review of service request form, service agreement creation, data entry and master file maintenance).
- Communicates and presents effectively with all levels of Quest Diagnostic personnel (such as Sales Leadership, SAEs, Account Managers, Wellness Client Engagement Specialists and Event Specialists) relating to the service request/intakes for Wellness accounts.
- Maintains and input clients specific documentation related to client service requests.
- Maintains daily, monthly & quarterly internal departmental reports.
- Carries out recurring procedures independently.
- Utilizes the Health and Wellness platforms (APEX, Transaction Processor and Wellness Engine) to confirm service requests for Wellness accounts.
- Handles variety of situations independently without Supervisor’s review.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of successful administrative support experience with external customer contact
- 3-5 years or PC experience/data entry
