Since 1972, ExamOne has served the life insurance industry as the leader in risk assessment testing for life insurance companies. Today, we continue to offer the most comprehensive suite of services to the insurance industry (laboratory testing, paramedical exams, health history collections, medical records retrieval, inspection reports, data products, etc.).
This position is an inside sales role, allowing the individual to interact with clients, educating and selling the ExamOne product lines, focusing on the paramedical exam sales, via phone and digital channels.

 Basic Purpose: This position is responsible for sales efforts supporting the ExamOne services and product lines.

Uses available tools and resources to procure new business, while maintaining records of customer interactions and activities. Listen to customers’ concerns and assisting with implementing solutions, following company and departmental procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for consistently achieving and exceeding sales call and revenue goals
Responds to the needs of clients and provides on-going customer service and support to internal and external clients
Consistently achieves or exceeds customer expectations and follows up with the client to ensure all needs are met
Must be proactive in developing personal organizational techniques which satisfy both company and client needs and requirements
Completes a variety of administrative and record keeping functions, including maintaining a list of activities and filling out proper forms in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company and departmental procedures
Responds to the needs and requests of clients and ExamOne management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
Responsible for client communication with the use of media marketing tools
Ensures total compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing professional business environment
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager

Education Preferred: 4-year college degree; or qualified equivalent experience

Experience & Requirements:

Strong skills needed in problem solving, attention to detail, financial and operational analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
1-year B2B sales experience, or equivalent customer service
Physical and Mental Requirements: Sitting & standing for long periods; lifting no more than 25 lbs.
