Retain and grow a book of business by managing day to day service requirement within the designated health plan customer segment and/or region.


  • Manage the day to day service requirements for each client.
  • Retention of the business through service excellence
  • Maintains the key operational relationships at the client
  • Contributes to the RFP and contracting processes.
  • Upsells new product offerings and expansions, such as Anchor Tests, Wellness products or IT applications.
  • Develops key organizational links to people and functions that can help resolve client problems.
  • Collaborate with HP Account Executive partners to ensure alignment on priority service issues.
  • Develops financial analysis of denial recovery, contract performance and billing related opportunities.
  • Coordinate medical engagement and policy reviews.
  • Coordinate with IT on eligibility and data agreements.
  • Coordinate with Commercial reps and marketing.
