Executive Assistant - Sacramento, California

Monday - Friday 8a-5p

The office for this position is based in Sacramento, although for the time being this position will function remotely.

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs diverse secretarial and administrative duties for a corporate officer , Sr. Director of Patient Services.

The Sr. Director of Patient services oversees, 7 states, a dozen + Pt. Service Managers and approximately 2600 employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Uses greater judgment/initiative to determine the approach in non-routine situations
2. Can compose correspondence for supervisor review based on knowledge of department
3. Prepares special analyses/reports to prepare supervisor or department members for meetings
4. Interprets and adapts guidelines, including unwritten policies
5. Can perform all the responsibilities of an Executive assistant with an  excellent time management skillset

6. Create and distribute  Flyers electronically as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
High School Diploma required

Work Experience:
 5+ years of administrative assistant or executive assistant experience. Healthcare experience a plus but not required.

Special Requirements:
Must be proficient in computer skills, specifically power point and excel (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, etc).

Required: Strong Excel knowledge and experience  Filtering and Pivot tables
