Job Summary:

The Director, Talent Acquisition develops and executes a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy supporting full-life cycle recruitment for designated lines of business.  The TA Director will drive tactical and strategic processes to include but not limited to: RPO management, process design, development of key Talent Acquisition framework for all lines of business company-wide. The incumbent in this role will support process improvement projects on cross-functional teams. This highly skilled and passionate individual may oversee a team of Talent Acquisition recruiters, Talent Operations staff and/or Quests’ RPO recruiting team. The incumbent in this role will contribute to the sustainment of various performance measures focused on operational excellence, hiring manager satisfaction and positive candidate experiences. He/she will partner with HR, IT, Learning, Procurement, OE and related teams to develop and implement an integrated talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

Build and fine-tune recruiting programs, processes and infrastructure to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.
Own and drive the development of talent acquisition programs that are impactful, measurable, transformative, and support the long-term goals and visions of the company.
Create, implement and drive adaption of relevant, scalable and compliant policies and practices.
Set direction, priorities and metrics to inspire a team of Talent Acquisition professionals; coaches and leads the talent acquisition team in pursuit of organizational goals.
Act as the expert sourcing partner for the recruiting team ensuring best practices and effective methods are established.
Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity & Inclusion through Talent Acquisition.
Develop key talent acquisition performance metrics and utilize data and analytics through effective reporting tools to inform business decisions.
Stay abreast of cutting-edge recruitment technologies and innovations.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience; coupled with minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership recruiting role.
Demonstrated credibility with business leaders with the ability to work in a team environment.
Proven use of innovation and process improvement to increase recruiting and retention results.
In-depth knowledge of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
Proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment; must be extremely organized, detail oriented, flexible and able to multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to execute and support implementation and basic configuration of applicant tracking systems.
