Basic Purpose:

Under the general direction of the Business Analytics Manager, the Business Analytics Coordinator II will be working with the data team, building/creating client monthly, weekly and daily reports. In addition, the Business Analytics Coordinator II will be responsible for uploading new data and ensuring client reports are delivered on time as well as creating their own queries and automation.

Essential Job Duties:
The following tasks are essential for this position. Incumbents in this classification may not perform all of these tasks, or may perform similar related tasks not listed here.

Perform a variety of financial and statistical analysis.
Customize and integrate pricing spreadsheets.
Validate large quantities of Call Center related data.
Customized internal and external reports utilizing Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, IF functions and slicers).
Collaborate with other departments to accurately define project scope.
Manage several projects, often with challenging timelines (Ownership).
Utilizing secure sites to import and export data.
Mentor and assist with the training of Business Analytics Coordinator II.
Visual Basic -Create macros to automate queries/workbooks.
SQL - Create queries, data warehousing, data set creation.
Automating current manual processes.
Forecasting - Forecast models for clients (Quarterly, Monthly, Annual - Projections - membership, staffing, payer type).

Knowledge of:
Office procedures, methods, and equipment, including computers and applicable software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases/Datawarehouse.
Functions, policies, and procedures of relevant departments and/or operations.
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Professional writing techniques.
Visual basic and SQL.

Skill and Ability to:
Plan, organize, prioritize, and perform duties as assigned with minimal supervision.
Operate standard office equipment, a personal computer, and relevant software in a PC environment.
Interpret and apply department policies and procedures.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Research and compile information.
Maintain extensive records.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and all levels of staff and management.
Successfully adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced working atmosphere with multiple activities.
Prepare clear, concise and comprehensive summary reports and written materials.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with our Clients, by answering their calls/emails.

Training and Experience:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of reporting experience preferred or related field experience.
Must be advance with MS Excel.
Must be proficient/advance with SQL.
Strong communication and organization skills required.
Must be detail oriented & ability to multi-task.

Licenses and Certificates:
High School Diploma

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Requires vision (which may be corrected) to read small print.
Requires mobility of arms to reach and dexterity of hands to grasp and manipulate small objects.
Performs  lifting,  pushing  and/or  pulling  which  does  not  exceed  25  pounds  and  is  an infrequent aspect of the job.
Subject to inside environmental conditions.
May be required to work at a video display terminal for prolonged periods.
The ability to multitask and work with little to no supervision.
