SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provide a broad range of administrative support to the Vice President, Executive Director and select leaders within the Commercial Marketing organization;  Serve as a central administrative connection point for the commercial marketing organization providing administrative direction and facilitation to commercial marketing colleagues as needed. 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 General Administrative Support
• Manage multiple calendars, provide meeting planning and support; maintain team lists, databases, distribution lists, etc.  
• Codinate all travel and T&E reporting, including initial audit of T&E submissions based on budget guidelines 
• Assistance to marketers in solving ad hoc administrative and executional issues as necessary

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• BA/BS a plus

EXPERIENCE

• > 3 years administrative support experience 
• Functional/Technical Skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office 
• Comfortable in the digital environment
