Job Description

Supervisor, Specimen Collection Services - Collegeville, PA - Monday-Friday  

Basic Purpose:

Oversee multiple-functions required to insure the successful delivery of Collection Services provided by Employer Solutions.  Reporting to the Collection Services Supervisor will include Collection Services Specialist, Collection Services Specialist II and Collection Services Specialist III positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.            Oversee the order management process for scheduled on-site collection events. This includes ensuring that order details are received in a timely manner from the Sales and Account Management Teams and that these details are in turn dispatched to the respective ExamOne field office in a manner that allows them to successfully staff the collection.
2.            Oversee the issue resolution process related to approximately 350K collections per month completed in our PSC, Preferred and 3rd Party collection network.  This includes but is not limited to ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner, team workload and any needed enhancements to Salesforce.com.
3.            Responsible for project management for the implementation of new national clients with the assistance of the Account Implementation Team.
4.            Responsible for developing and administering training and certification materials in order to best prepare PSCs, Preferred and 3rd Party collection sites to complete collection services on behalf of our customers and meet all regulatory requirements.
5.            Work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure that all performance metrics for collection services are accurately reported and tracked for key customers and management.
6.            Responsible for managing the contracting process for Preferred and 3rd Party Collection sites. This also includes the day to day management and activities related to approximately 8K contracted sites currently in place.
7.            Manages the PSC & Preferred Mystery Shopper process, which involves managing the vendor relationship with the current mystery shopping vendor, planning shops by Region and development and delivery of quarterly management reports.
8.            Acts as a key liaison with Patient Services Directors in each Region as well as
9.            Act as key liaison with ExamOne field offices and Field Management team in support of in support of collection services activities.
10.          Will also act as key liaison with other vendors needed to support collection activities such as EMSI.
11.          Responsible for all Supervisory activities related to direct reports, including time and attendance, development of team, PDRs and any Performance Management activities.
12.          Perform other duties assigned.
Supervision Exercised: 
Will supervise Collection Service Specialists, Collection Services Specialists II and Collection Services Specialists III

Qualifications:
Education Preferred:      BA/BS in business preferred, significant industry or specialized experience may be substituted for degree.
Work Experience:            2-3 years experience managing business in a multi-site geographically dispersed environment.
Physical and Mental:      Ability to sit or stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) per day
