Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with Sales Management on identifying opportunities of non-traditional sales, such as Integrated Delivery Systems, Hospital Outreach, Hospital Laboratory Management and Hospital Co-marketing.

  • Develop and execute cross functional and cross segment strategies which are in line with overall company objectives to grow the physician/managed care segments that are aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders, including CEO's of large healthcare systems, to drive successful closure and ensure future utilization.

  • Monitors and ensures customer satisfaction with ongoing service provided; develops proposals to enhance business relationships.

  • Develop implementation plans for securing and managing account contracts by coordinating the efforts of key players in the sales and operations organizations.

  • Ensures compliance with all company policy and government regulations.


Job Requirements:



  • BA/BS in Business Marketing or related field


Work Experience:

  • At least five to seven years experience in either direct sales or business development in a healthcare environment to management levels


Special Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop relationships with executive level personnel resulting in successful closure of the sale.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all employees

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Proven selling and negotiation skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong service acumen
