Strategic Account Executive/Pharma - Pack Health 

The Strategic Account Executive (Pharma) is a highly important sales role within the organization (virtual/home office based). The Sales professional will lead the growth and development of their Accounts. The person will play a key role within the company, having responsibility for developing new partnerships with brands, patient support services, digital, innovation and market access functions within pharmaceutical manufacturers. On top of their own efforts, they will have both sales development representative and marketing lead generation support, and are expected to drive the entire sales cycle from warm prospecting into companies, to securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers. The person will take the account through a needs analysis, develop and present Pack Health’s solutions and then will be tasked with closing the sale. This position is focused on new business development, and the cultivation and growth of such accounts after they have been penetrated. As a business builder and leader within the company, the Sales professional will be a key member of Pack Health’s growing team, work closely with the Director and Executive Director supporting current customers. This is a remote role but would prefer a candidate on the East Coast.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Drive profitable growth of new business opportunities for Pack Health, leveraging relationships with Life Sciences companies and other Quest Diagnostics assets and teams for maximum corporate growth benefit.
Assist in logical and simplified approach to proposal submissions and executive-level presentations development and delivery.
Grow and nurture partnerships with strategic clients/partners to drive products and services to grow overall revenue and client relationships.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota; achieve budgeted revenue and gross margin goals for the business while operating within policies and procedures
Lead business development meetings with prospective clients and turn their goals into concrete engagements and letters of proposal

Qualifications:

Education Preferred:       

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or the Life Sciences

Work Experience:             

  • Ten (10) years of successful sales experience in healthcare with B2B transactions preferred

Other:                                 

  • Knowledge of diagnostics laboratory business, tests and processes
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payers and regulations
  • Understand general economics of B2B business transactions
  • Track record demonstrating strong “closing” skills and revenue growth
  • Ability to travel across significant geographical region including by air
