The Strategic Account Executive (ExamOne) is responsible for the following: 

1. Drive growth of all channels of the ExamOne book of business.
2. Develop and execute cross functional and cross segment strategies which are in line with overall company objectives.
3. Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders and decision makers, including C-suite members, underwriters, and actuaries, to drive successful closure and ensure future utilization.
4. Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction with ongoing service provided; develop proposals to enhance business relationships; provide comprehensive business reviews on a periodic basis.
5. Develop implementation plans for securing and managing account contracts by coordinating the efforts of key players in the sales and operations organizations.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policy and government regulations.
The work location is flexible.


-BA/BS in Business Marketing or related field 

Work Experience:
At least five to seven years experience in either direct sales or business development in a healthcare environment to management levels

Special Requirements:
1. Proven ability to develop relationships with executive level personnel resulting in successful closure of the sale.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all employees
3. Strong planning and organizational skills
4. Proven selling and negotiation skills
5. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
6. Strong service acumen
