Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

This position is part of Oncology Finance team supporting Advanced Diagnostics and will work on Pricing RFPs and Strategic Growth initiatives, Pricing Analysis and BIS Conversion support.  Other ad-hoc projects include Account Profitability reviews, Pricing Control reviews, and partnering with Commercial and Operations leaders to support and drive growth projects. 


Job Accountabilities:

•         Provide pricing support, analysis and oversight to Oncology Franchise Product Directors, Oncology Commercial team, and Revenue Services related to RFP responses or new customer acquisition.

•         Liaison with Q-Suite project team to ensure seamless conversion of Centricity sites to Q-Suite.

•         Function in a lead role with the Q-Suite conversion team, Oncology Finance and the Oncology Commercial team, to ensure that pricing remains compliant, market competitive and transparent during system conversions.

•         Develop and implement pricing processes to support and enhance the corporate strategies and initiatives for newly converted laboratory/business sites.

•         Create tools to streamline pricing communication and test code to CPT code mapping.

•         Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects and analysis to support business growth strategies.


Job Requirements:

•         Demonstrated creative thinking, problem solving. 

•         Ability to collaborate cross functional on projects.

•         Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.

•         Strong ability to analyze and work with large datasets to accomplish project goals.

•         Minimum 3 years experience working in Finance, Project Management, or Customer Solutions type roles.

•         BS/BA in Business, Accounting, or Finance

•         Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

•         Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities

 Preferred:

•         Strong understanding of Cognos based data system applications

•         Strong Excel skills and a working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint.

•         Strong communication and customer service skills.

•         Ability to communicate complex subject matter to a wide variety of audiences.

•         Ability to gather and organize data from multiple systems and present results

•         Knowledge of laboratory industry payers, CPT coding, and billing environments relative to reimbursement/pricing dynamics.
