Job Description

Pack Health is seeking a Scrum Master (non-technical) to work with the Project and
Productivity Office to drive successful, efficient cycles of work to support Pack Health’s
mission of changing lives. This role will work hand in hand with different departments as a
servant leader to facilitate work while also keeping a strategic viewpoint, ensuring that the
team delivers work that supports Pack Health’s high-level goals and priorities.
Responsibilities:
● Coach the teams’ leaders’ to regularly prioritize work in alignment with Pack Health’s
high-level strategic goals
● Facilitate sprint meetings, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution with
the team
● Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and advocate for its values
across the organization
● Coach the team and relevant stakeholders to a higher level of agile maturity at a
sustainable, iterative pace
● Facilitate resource and capacity planning to forecast timelines for stakeholders
● Guide the team to identify risks and impediments and work to mitigate or resolve
them on behalf of the team
● Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the
organization, including peers and senior leadership
● Build a team culture or environment of continuous improvement so that the team
sees challenges as opportunities to improve
● Regularly make recommendations for iterative changes to streamline processes
across the organization
● Focus the team on delivering planned value in a recurring cadence while also
managing changes in priority
● Ensure that the team executes planned work cycles efficiently and effectively by
reinforcing Scrum principles and keeping the team focused on its goal(s)
● Empower the team to do their best work through coaching, facilitation and servant
leadership
● Coach the team on self-organization when appropriate and facilitate a process that
lends itself to self-organized teams
● Coordinate with other teams across the organization to share information as needed
on behalf of the team
● Work with team leadership to prioritize work and provide visibility into timelines and
highlight potential disruptions to the roadmap
● Communicate clearly with the team and other stakeholders, regularly set
expectations, and improve transparency
● Assist with operational and strategic projects as needed
Position Requirements:
● 2 - 5 years Project Leadership
● Experience in a High Growth Environment (preferred)
● Certified Scrum Master, “CSM” (preferred)
● Advanced verbal/written communication and presentation skills
● Working knowledge of project management strategies and methods (e.g. Waterfall,
Scrum, Kanban)
● Knowledge of task management and roadmapping software
● Willingness to be a servant leader and team player to facilitate success
● Flexibility to work within a rapidly scaling organization
● Effectively resolve conflict and provide constructive feedback to resources
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Products,
● Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and tend to large amounts of detail
● Excellent teamwork skills
● Proven problem-solving capabilities
