Perform daily activities to assist a supervisor with leading the department's employees.


  1. 20%Guide and motivate team members in their daily activities/work flow in order to maintain and exceed goals and objectives
  2. 20%Contribute to team member retention by utilizing effective lead practices, skills and techniques, including providing positive feedback, timely recognition and rewards, and placing emphasis on team member development.
  3. 20%Train team members on relevant system, standards and procedures. Provide training to assist team members in building individual and team skills.
  4. 20%Monitor and maintain quality and productivity objectives along with other key indicators on an ongoing basis
  5. 10%Promote teamwork and communicate all necessary business information to team members
  6. 10%Ensure interdepartmental communication of all relevant laboratory and customer service related issues.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
  8. Act in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with team members and customers. Coordinate resolution of escalated customer issues.
  9. Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships within team, with other teams, and with other internal and external customers.
  10. Timely coordination and completion of special projects assigned by Supervisor.
  11. Observes all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the ExamOne Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special training.

Supervision Exercised:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Work Experience:

  • Two years call center experience required
  • One year Customer Service experience mandatory

Other Special Requirements:

  • Basic P.C. knowledge including familiarity with Word and Excel.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the laboratory industry preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility of schedule may be required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
