Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     Develop and implement marketing tactics across digital and traditional channels to drive continued growth of Quest Diagnostics’ D2C (consumer-initiated) testing solution, QuestDirect

2.     Utilize 1st and 3rd party tools (eg, Resonate) to research market dynamics (including consumer behavior, habits and trends) and recommend marketing strategies and optimizations

3.   Plan and execute key marketing initiatives to reach target audience

4.     Collaborate cross-functionally on content development and implementation across a variety of channels including web, CRM, SEO, social, direct mail and paid media

5.     Liaise with external agencies on content/campaign development and implementation

6.     Gather and analyze data (revenue, CVR, CTR, site metrics, etc.) to track marketing effectiveness and recommend optimizations to shape future strategies

7.     Day to day management of budget, marketing calendar and projects


Education Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, consumer or healthcare category experience is a plus


Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment

Strong project management, skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong writing and communication skills

Strong analytics skills, ability to extract and interpret data

Proficiency with core business technology tools (MS Office, etc.)

• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau and content management systems
