Job Description

Business Analyst (UiPath, continuous improvement, automation)

Candidate should be local

 
Basic Purpose:

The Business Analyst will create, operationalize, and maintain Digital WorkForce automations. They will utilize continuous improvement methodologies and partner with subject matter experts to create efficiencies. They will work as part of a small team to implement automations in UiPath.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop UiPath automations that will drive system and operational efficiencies.
2. Assist with the generation and analysis of business and functional requirements for proposed solutions.
3. Design and implement changes to automations that yield higher performance and resiliency while achieving lower operations overhead.
4. Own the delivery of automations and serve as a technical lead on small projects.
5. Track status within the project.
6. Communicate team and project status to project manager and director.
7. Act as the designated expert for owned automation area(s).
8. Contribute to the continued improvement of the organization’s development procedures by looking for opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Work Experience:

• Entry level.

• 1-3 years’ experience preferred

Other:

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer preferred

• UiPath Foundation Training preferred

• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating.

• Familiar with UI technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML.

• Familiar with Web Technologies, Visual Basic, and multi-tier architectures.
