Associate Connectivity Operations Analyst – the role

The Associate Connectivity Operations Analyst is responsible for the management of various Connectivity related Tier 3 support activities, such as enrollment/credentialing for all Quanum Product Suite and Professional Services offerings,  configuration of third party EHR Interfaces, Quanum security administration and User Acceptance Testing for multiple software applications.

The Associate Connectivity Operations Analyst also coordinates with internal and external customers and Business partners, including Sales, 3rd Party Vendors, Legal/Security and other IT organizations within Quest Diagnostics. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Conducts the enrollment/credentialing process, and support for all business segments, conversions, integrations, and migration projects for Quanum Product Suite and Professional Services offerings to ensure smooth transition and favorable assimilation into Quest Diagnostics.

  • Perform setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting for internal and external client requests across multiple software applications with varying degrees of complexity

  • Manage Tier 3 support queues through caseload management enabling seamless and efficient pre-implementation and post-implementation actions to ensure a positive Customer Experience

  • Responsible for trouble-shooting, researching and providing support for multiple software applications with varying degrees of complexity

  • Educate and provide requirements to internal and external customers around Quanum Product Suite and Professional Services products and their various configuration options

  • Follow up on individual requests by all Quest business partners, external customers, and any others requiring assistance with Enrollment processes and configuration

  • Perform Security Administrator tasks for the Quanum suite of products, ensuring compliance for Quest Diagnostics employees. Including; run and maintain monthly security audits ensuring compliance for Quest Diagnostics employees. Participate in all Quanum employee security audit initiatives, including twice yearly company audits as well as internal and external security audits

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing to test and troubleshoot enhancements for all Quanum suite of products in preparation for releases and patch software updates

  • Ensure standard processes and requirements are adhered to and meet all requirements to drive efficient and automated processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal/external process to reduce turnaround time while providing excellent customer service

  • Conduct training with business partners on process changes and/or rollouts as new procedures are implemented.

  • Manage the Quanum EHR pre and post implementation process, including: contract administration, project requirements, project configuration and Tier 3 support

  • Provide Quanum EHR project requirement guidance and feedback to various stakeholders in preparation for submitting new projects

  • Provide Tier 3 support and work directly with internal and external customers for follow up with specific contracts, configuration options, documentation and clarification

  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for all Quanum EHR pre-implementation related projects and initiatives for all departmental partners

To qualify, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Must have GED or High School Diploma

  • A combination of Information Technology, Customer Service and Project Management skills, or equivalent training.

  • Experience in troubleshooting technology related issues

  • Proficient with desktop skills including Excel, Word, Access, Internet, etc.

  • Team focused; strong commitment to customer satisfaction through teamwork

  • Demonstrated success in working in a collaborative environment and reach team objectives

  • Process orientated individual, highly organized and able to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
