Position Summary
Performs secretarial/administrative duties for a Director and/or large staff. This assignment is for Level I or Level II supervisor's responsibility.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Level I Responsibilities include:
1. Carries out recurring procedures independently
2. Responds to routine requests with standard answers
3. Maintains supervisor's calendar, appointments, and meetings
4. Maintains internal department reports (budget, training, etc)
5. Responsible for supplies, maintenance coordination, office files, etc Level II
Responsibilities include:
1. Handles variety of situations independently without supervisor review
2. Screens calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence
3. Personally responds to procedural requests
4. Determines what requests need to be handled by supervisor or team member
5. May provide support to a small department
6. Arranges meetings/conferences and assembles materials
7. Can perform all the responsibilities of Level 1
Chantilly Specific Responsibilities include:
Supports Chantilly Medical Directors with scheduling and expensing travel.
Manages schedule and email of Chantilly Medical Directors
Maintains schedule for Technical Consults
Set-up and notes for Chantilly CSMT meeting (rotational)
Assist with client letter distribution, as need, by Quality
Point of Contact for Subpoenas delivered to the Chantilly lab
Produce Medical Director report, and other Chantilly specialized reports, as requested by the Medical Directors

Qualifications
Education High School Diploma required
Work Experience 2-4 years work experience
Special Requirements
Must be proficient in computer skills (including excel and tableau)
